Our buffet is available with one, two, or three entrees. A standard buffet may include potatoes, gravy, green beans, corn, rolls, and either a tossed salad or your choice of three salads from our salad bar selection. These buffets are priced as follows:

SERVERS - $175.00
If requested, servers would maintain the food and beverage tables. They would clear plates and help serve the dessert. With wedding receptions, the servers would remain through the cake cutting. Servers will package leftovers, clean up the kitchen area, and return all of our equipment. Two servers are suggested for parties up to 200 guests. The fee is $175 per server.

The Extras

Bluebird Alcohol Catering
We offer a full-bar service for your off-site events. We can provide beer kegs, bottled beer, bottles of wine, and even a cash bar if you like. We'll provide disposable drinkware and ice for the bar. Bar service is provided for a minimum of $500, and a bartender, as well as all necessary licenses and permits, can be provided for an additional $125.
